Hi Noirin

Thank you so much for the wonderful cake, it certainly brought the WOW factor to the party, as I was carrying the cake in to Michelle all I could hear was "oh my god look at the cake" from the guests.

We got great compliments for the cake, and it was delicious, Michelle could not get over the great detail on the "Dior Products"

Christmas and Easter Cakes

Cake Expectations has been a great find for me in Dublin and Noirin has been my personal 'cake maker and decorator’ for years! I have fabulous photos and memories of both my 21st cake and my Wedding Cake.

My 21st Cake was a cream fruit sponge decorated with strawberries, chocolate fans and swans which Noirin made herself.

My Wedding Cake was a 3 tier 'piece de resistance' of a delicate, moist fruit cake, a chocolate biscuit cake and a fruit cream sponge expertly decorated and iced with great care and attention.

There was none left for the christenings so again Noirin came to our rescue with Christening cakes for our two daughters !! I am happy to say she is employed again to make a 2nd and 3rd birthday cakes for my 2 daughters, where again I know a Cake Expectations original will appear!!

Noirin is a master of her craft. She has also done both my sisters 21st Birthday Cakes, followed by their Wedding Cakes, each one better than the next.

Noirins skill, expertise, professionalism and her willingness to try something new is brilliant. Her care and attention to detail is fantastic and every cake is personally made and decorated to the requirements of the customer. I am very happy with the quality of service and every decorated cake is an original masterpiece to be treasured forever.

Thank you very much Noirin and as usual we've booked our Christmas and Easter cakes in plenty of time. Keep up the good work and god bless your patience making those flowers in sugarpaste!!!!

We had seen ‘Cake Expectations’ work and from recommendations we decided to place an order for our Wedding Cake.

We provided Noirin with details of the type of cake, sent a picture of the décor we wanted and colour of the bridesmaid’s dresses so as to carry through our wedding theme.

The service we received was excellent and the cake was made with such great fine detail. ‘Cake Expectation’ made the contacts with the hotel and all we had to do was cut the cake on our wedding day

We where so pleased with the presentation of the cake and more importantly it was a delight to taste!
